The IDEAL4000 system line of products represents a new generation: for the first time it has been possible to develop a thermally insulating window while at the same time being economical – and without having to incorporate a metallic reinforcement in the inner core of the window system.
This has been made possible by combining two innovative Aluplast technologies:

• Bonding inside – the adhesive technology in the sash
• Powerdur inside – the new plastic reinforcement in the frame profile

The cleverly designed interior construction of window frame and sash unit avoids the use of metallic heat bridges and attains, without requiring the use of special thermally-separated reinforcements or foam insertion, thermal insulation values of Uf = 1.1 W/m²K.
